Since 2005, Jeff has been on a mission to re-invent sales training for the Real Estate industry. Jeff has worked with agents 1-1 as well as speaking in front of groups of up to 15,000 attendees. Kate was introduced to real-estate at the young age of 19, as one of Jeff Glover’s first Inside Sales Associates. Kate immersed herself in Jeffs coaching, training and approach to high-volume selling. While working for Jeff, Kate learned the value of discipline by following a proven model, and soon found her passion to be outside of just what she was learning in college, and inside the systems and models taught by Jeff Glover.  


After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Kate returned to Jeff Glover & Associates full-time, where she completed “JGA Boot camp” for the second time, and graduated to an outside sales associate. While learning the ropes as a new agent, Kate earned the title “Rookie of the Year”, closing 40 homes within her first 12 months of selling.


In 2013, Kate took the invaluable lessons taught by Jeff and rebuilt her real-estate business from the ground up in Orange County, California, where she continues to be a high producing agent. Kates introduction to her coaching career happened in 2013, when she found herself having weekly conversations with agents regarding how to take their business to the next level through effective prospecting, presenting and accountability.


Kate’s passion for coaching lies is identifying a client’s most needed area of growth, coming up with a plan of action, and watching both their personal life AND business transform because of it. Kate believes strongly in the values and systems taught by Jeff to help agents not only transform their business, but transform their lives.



Born and raised in the Detroit area, I have always had dreams and aspirations of a thriving career in real estate. With a child and young adulthood filled with sporting activities, I have always had the instilled habits of hard work, sacrifice, competition at a high level, and the drive to do more than the competition. With that being said, the mindset that I continue to maintain is that of, “Its all about We, Not Me” (this goes for my clients, customers, and team). After graduating from a Performing Arts High School in the Metro Area, with the Top Male GPA and being the top 1% of my graduating class of over 150 students, I had the options to go to many college’s across the country. I ended up attending Eastern Michigan University since it was in a convenient area for me and they offered a Academic Scholarship.

After 2 years at EMU I entered the field of sales. At the time like many entry level sales people, you tend to come into a large industry with high hopes and not knowing much of what to expect. After putting in the extra hours, working diligently on what changes I needed to make to adapt to this business, and making the necessary commitments; I immediately noticed that I practiced the characteristics that you need for success in this business all my life. With those being some of my strongest qualities, I knew I was in it for the long haul. I would simply be living my purpose. Which is why I decided that working with the most powerful Real Estate sales team in Michigan would be a natural fit for me.


After much time in the actually Real Estate Sales field I have figured that my true passion is not only to help and give great service to the customers that I am fortunate to encounter, but also to help Real Estate Professionals take their skills to the next level. Over the years I have spent countless hours studying the field of sales and taking action on building my personal business. Thru that experience I have an advanced understanding of what it takes to help a Real Estate professional start, take, or grow a sales business to the next level. Being a part of the process of helping families buy and sell their home has solidified David’s reasoning for becoming a Realtor. He is dedicated to personal client service, making sure your home buying and selling experience meets your full satisfaction. From negotiation, inspection, appraisal and closing; you won’t get lost in the shuffle working with him – he is your dedicated Realtor. David’s cell phone and email are always at hand.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, David was a full-time student at Eastern Michigan University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. He was born and raised in Novi, MI, and currently resides in South Lyon, MI, with his wife, two daughters and son. David is very active in the community, supporting local schools and athletic programs, volunteering at Southeast Michigan Meals on Wheels Program and the Michigan Humane Society.



Brent has been a Realtor and a Broker for the last 25 years.  He met Jeff when Jeff first entered into the business.  Brent always admired Jeff’s determination and passion for sales.  After years of crossing paths Brent joined the Team as the Sales Manager and brings his practical and proven skill set to help assist others in achieving their goals.
After many years in the industry and obtaining a Broker’s license, Brent was invited by the National Association of Realtors to become an Instructor.  He is known for his high energy, practical and fun approach to education and sales training.  Brent currently serves as a consultant to the Real Estate industry due to his vast knowledge of legal, ethical, professional standards and market issues. 
Brent is currently licensed to teach Pre-licensing and Broker Prep in the State of Michigan and is currently pursuing his licensing in Florida.  Brent has a corporate sales background and a BBA from Walsh college in Personal Financial Planning and Investments. 
He is proud to be a Realtor and loves helping others achieve their goals!



Selling real estate is one of my absolute loves in life! There is nothing more exciting than helping your clients accomplish their goals, and walking alongside them through the process. I began as an assistant in the real estate business in 2007 while I was finishing up my degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. After graduation, I decided to join the real estate field full time and become an agent in 2010. 

I have been working with the Jeff Glover team since 2009 and could not be more proud of the professional, knowledgeable and reliable team that we have grown to be. I was awarded the “Top Block Sales Award” in 2014 and every year since for my exceptional customer service towards my clients and have maintained that level of service since.


Through working at JGA, I have learned how to run an "Unreal" business and learn everything I can to be the best sales person possible. I tend to thrive when I am helping others succeed, which has led me to be a part of our Glover U team. I am always here to help as a coach, colleague and mentor to as many agents as I can be. Sales has been a passion of mine for over 10 years now. I began my Sales career in the Automotive Industry in 2004. In 2009 when my brother Jeff opened his new office, I realized that I have always had a curiosity and passion for Real Estate and decided that was the time to make the transition! I have been selling full time since 2009 and have sold over 300 homes since that time! I continue to work as a full time agent and take great pride in providing top notch service 100% of the time.  My experience has taught me to be a great negotiator and to always put my clients first.

I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. I grew up in Southeast Michigan and remain active in the community supporting such organizations as the Michigan Humane Society and the American Cancer Society, where I have been a Team Leader/participant for Relay for Life for 5 straight years.

Kristy was awarded the “Top Producer Award” in 2017 for having 55 homes sold and 12 million in sales. An award she has been proud to have received over the past 5 years.



Christina has over 18 years of professional experience in Florida, with over 4,000 transactions closed since 2001. During this time, she has beat cancer (twice), experienced three major deaths in her family and rebuilt her entire team.


Through Christina's participation in coaching programs, she is always striving to learn and innovate. She uses the resources from vast networking groups to implement strategies with her Tampa Bay team that are not being used by other real estate teams in her market. She loves implementing new technology so her team can work smarter and serve their clients with the latest and greatest tools.

Christina has a sincere passion for her community. She shares this passion by participating in many events throughout the year to support and give back to the Tampa Bay community. Due to her personal connection with cancer, Christina has been an advocate and volunteer for cancer organizations assisting them with fundraising efforts. However, it is feeding the homeless in her community that has truly touched Christina's heart. She has worked closely with The Metropolitan Ministries in Tampa for the past 17 years and continues to give her time and efforts to this charity.

Christina started out as a single agent and has evolved into a team leader of an amazing team. Christina's passion for seeing agents succeed and hit their goals stretches beyond working with her sales team, as a Coach for Glover U, the nation's fastest growing Real Estate Coaching and Training organization. Christina works with Lead Agents, Buyer's/Seller's Agents and Solo Agents from across the country to help them implement the Glover U system into their businesses.

Taylor Kerrigan has been the Operations Manager of Jeff Glover & Associates and now Live Unreal Companies for seven years. Taylor started in her role as a Marketing Assistant and later transitioned to complete every Operational role on the team; ultimately earning the title of Director of Operations. Her strengths include opening new businesses as well as creating effective process and procedures for current Real Estate teams. She thoroughly enjoys helping Assistants and Directors of Operations reach their full potential and live an Unreal life. 

Taylor has been featured on multiple Keller Williams panels, including most notably, a 1-1 interview with Gary Keller at Family Reunion. She strives to exceed expectations of all of our clients and staff on a daily basis. In her spare time, Taylor is a board member of A ReJoyceful Animal Rescue and assists in the community as much as possible.
