The expired listing script was actually the very first script I used when I started in the business in 2003. I have taken over 100 listings a year since then using this exact script. What I like about the expired listings is that they are ready to go now, a little tougher to work, but this is the most motivated client you could work with.
FOR SALE BY OWNER SCRIPT
This for sale by owner script has been giving me and our team of Inside Sales Associates success for years! Unlike other scripts it does not mislead the client and gets you in the door quickly. My rule of thumb on FSBO's is that he or she who follows up the most and gets in there first, wins the game.
