Jeff Glover began his real estate career at 19 with a singular focus on mastering sales, prospecting, and presentation. After selling 30 homes in his first year, he was recruited by the largest real estate firm in Michigan to manage one of its offices. Within two years, Jeff became the company’s top recruiter and was promoted to Director of Training and Recruiting for a 17 office, 600 agent organization. That role sparked his lifelong passion for coaching and developing high performing agents.
In 2008, Jeff founded what is now known as Glover Agency. Today, the team includes more than 25 agents selling over 1,000 homes annually, making it the number one real estate team in Michigan. Glover Agency has also been recognized as the #1 Top Workplace in Michigan by the Detroit Free Press and a Cool Place to Work by Crain’s Detroit, reflecting Jeff’s deep commitment to culture, leadership, and team development.
Jeff is widely regarded as one of the real estate industry’s top sales trainers and keynote speakers. He teaches proven systems for building a business from the ground up and continues to average more than 150 personal closings per year.
In addition to coaching and selling real estate, Jeff is involved in several business and philanthropic initiatives, including Titleocity and Glover’s Heroes.
