With SLS LIVE you get six action-packed, proven modules, designed specifically for training new agents. This is the foundation that will set your team or brokerage apart by setting them up for success. 

All six modules are designed to work in YOUR market at any time. Each in-person session will take place in your town, one day per week, 6 weeks in a row. Each module is 7 hours, from 9a-4p with a 60 minute lunch break.

MODULE 1 & 2: SKILLS

In part one we lay the foundation for becoming a master salesperson. We teach objection handlers, mindset, communicating with different styles of communication and personality types, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, body language, tonality, how to close, and virtually any and every other skill you need to take you from real estate agent to salesperson.

MODULE 3 & 4: LEADS

Once you've mastered real estate sales skills, we dive right into leads. Jeff does a deep dive into each lead source (internet, FSBO, expired, circle prospecting, database, mass advertising...etc.) his team uses daily to close 800-1,000 transactions annually. He'll teach you the most effective marketing for each lead source, the scripts he and his team use, and exactly how you can earn business from each source. How does Jeff's team continue to take 60+ listings every single month, even in a listing-scarce economy? He'll walk you through it.

MODULE 5 & 6: SYSTEMS

At this point you've got all the skills necessary to be a master salesperson, you know where to find listings, how to find leads, how to generate leads and how to convert and close those leads. In part three Jeff teaches you the exact systems he and his team use throughout the transactional process, including schedule, CRM's, lead follow up systems, buyer lead programs, what they do before an appointment, what they do during and after an appointment, and their systems and touch points for past clients.

Who is the SLS real estate agent training program for?

Jeff created SLS for his own new agents, a.k.a. Agents in Training. It's the perfect foundation for new agents, just starting out in real estate. If you're a team leader or brokerage owner, this is the training your team needs. If you don't have the time to create a training system for new agents, this is the training program you need.
