    Check in with your Leadership/Operations team, grab a seat, get settled and get ready for an Unreal experience to prepare you and your business for next year!
  • 8:00 | State of The Company & Vision
    During this 60 minute session, your leadership team will take you through the accomplishments of this past year and lay out the goals, plan and vision for the future!
  • 9:00 | Welcome Glover U
    Over the next 30 minutes, Jeff will set the stage for what we are going to accomplish together as a group today. Ground rules will be shared and expectations will be laid out so that everyone feels comfortable and excited for a great day!
  • 9:30 | Mindset Break
    Relax, reset, recharge. Spend this 15 minute break however you'd like!
  • 9:45 | Agent Business Plans with Jeff Glover
    Join Jeff as he walks you through exactly how you are going to accomplish the goals that you set for yourself and your business next year.
  • 12:00 | Lunch
    Break for lunch.
  • 1:00 | Listing Techniques with Jeff Glover
    During this 90 minute session, Jeff will take you through our Glover U Listing Mastery program - the same one that he uses with his team to take 60+ listings every month!
  • 2:30 | Mindset Break
    Break time.
  • 2:45 | Lead Generation Strategies for Buyers
    During this 45 minute session we'll share all of the latest and greatest methods of generating and converting more buyers leads. This session focuses on where to find buyers and how to get in front of them at a faster rate, so you can take more market share as a team! This section is customizable to your business's needs and goals! Choose a different workshop option, if you'd like.
  • 3:30 | Masterminds
    Share your a-ha's from today and build actionable steps to implement your key takeaways!
  • 4:30 | Team Activity - Optional
    Unwind from the day with your teammates! Enjoy team activity to wrap up the day - this could be a happy hour, potluck, or whatever fits the culture of your organization! This is optional and not included in the pricing.
  • 12:45 | Check In
    Check in with your Leadership/Operations team, grab a seat, get settled and get ready for an Unreal experience to prepare you and your business for the upcoming year!
  • 1:00 | Welcome Glover U & Isms Activity
    Over the next 45 minutes, Jeff will set the stage for what we are going to accomplish together as a group today. We will then start the "ism's" activity that gives you a peek into the winning philosophies used by Jeff and his team!

  • 5:00 | Closing & Sharing A-ha's
    Share your a-ha's from today and build actionable steps to implement your key takeaways!
