In session one, you'll reveal your ideal lifestyle and uncover the business growth and scheduling decisions you need to make in order to build a business that fits into your version of an "unreal life". From there you can build a customized business plan that aligns with your personal core values. Learn which levers to pull and resources to leverage depending on how you want to structure your personal time and business goals.

Not all tasks are created equal: out with time management, in with priority management. In session two, you'll learn how to identify your urgent/important tasks and how to delegate the non urgent/important tasks so you can stay in your strength zone and start enjoying your day-to-day work.

Discover you unreal self in session three. The Pareto Principle, or 80/20 Rule, states that 80% of results come from 20% of causes, and from there we can extrapolate that roughly 64% of results come from just 4% of our efforts. Through the Glover U Unreal Life Audit, we'll uncover which areas will have the biggest impact in your business if changed or improved upon, and you'll put together a plan to implement that change.

People with discipline get everything they want in their life because all they need to do is follow their plan. People without discipline have to settle for whatever comes their way. In the fourth and final session, you'll learn exactly how to stay disciplined and which habits you need to make (or break) using the previous three sessions as your roadmap. This is a crucial step to ensure the success of your business plan.
