Shawna Joyce is a Realtor® and Director of Training for RE/MAX Results, the third-largest REMAX franchise in North America with more than 1,200 agents across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Licensed since 2015, she actively sells real estate while also leading training and professional development for agents across the organization.

Shawna is passionate about helping agents build stronger, more sustainable businesses through practical strategies, consistent lead generation, and systems that support long-term growth. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
