Two things today... 


Question for you this morning.. What do the CEO's of three of the four fastest growing brokerages in N. America (including one that's already the largest independent brokerage on the planet by agent and transaction count) all have in common? 

 

If you guessed "they'll be at LeadUp" you guessed correctly!

 

That's right... all three will be at LeadUp in Miami in 3 weeks. So I have something I want you to think about this morning... When the fastest growing coaching and training company on the planet attracts leadership like this (CEO's of eXp, lpt and Realty of America), perhaps you should move things around to make it Mar 31-Apr 2 because you just never know what type of leader you might be sitting next to.... 

 

Remember, it's my job to raise your leadership lid greater than any other event you could attend and we now have example after example of leaders in the industry that we've done that for. 

 

Okay now the second thing for today...

Your physical pre-appt package needs to arrive as quickly as possible to increase your ratios and should be sent the same day the appointment is set so that you have a good chance of them opening and reading it. While I've already covered what goes in the pre-appt package numerous times, I want you to increase your ratios by making your package more effective and here's how..

 

Make your materials match the clientele.. meaning if you go on a condo appointment, bring condo looking material... if you go on a luxury appointment, bring luxury looking materials... if you go on an average looking house, bring materials that have average looking houses on them... okay you get the idea.

 

If your materials match the type of property, you're likely to increase your conversation ratios. 

 

REMEMBER: Your presentation material is a reflection of your ability to market their home. Start the relationship off on the right foot with them thinking you've got your stuff dialed in, before you even show up.
