Aside from it being Thrive in '25: 13 Ways to Become a Listing Master & Get Paid What You're Worth on the Buy Side day, I also wanted to address a message I received yesterday in regards to the ways to help buyers see your value AND want to pay you for it... 


The message we received was in regards to our method seeming like we are forcing an agreement on someone and making them feel like they HAVE to sign it, without giving them time to review or even think about it and that is just not the case at all, in fact, below is my response...


We bring the buyer contract/showing agreement up on the buyer prequal call with the buyer AND we email it to them to review in advance. By the time they see it at the showing, it'll be the THIRD time hearing about it.
