Top producers focus on action, not headlines.

I know social media was buzzin' with industry headlines yesterday and the best part is, our top producers have no clue and those that do, quite honestly, don't care.. why? Because if you have a deep enough "why" mixed in with intense focus, nothing else really matters other than what you have to do day in and day out. We were too busy keeping our heads down yesterday and making calls on one of the biggest expired days of the month.
Now, for those of you that are looking for my "two cents" on the news, here is all I have to say and then it's get back to work...
Good for GK for finally making it to that elusive 7th level he's been teaching for years. He deserves it.
Regardless of what company you are with or what industry you're in, this could be everyone's goal... but how do you get there?
Ask yourself..
"Who do I have to become to attract leaders who want to build my business bigger than I can alone and how big does my business have to get so that someone wants to pay top dollar to buy me too?"
Once you find the answers to the above you can then write an action plan for both.
Pro tip: it took Gary 42 years so you might want to start soon. Until then, let's make it an unreal Tuesday!
