Ultimate Prospecting Day: Tackle Expired Listings to Win New Clients

Okay so to start today's message, I want to tell all of you who have a fear or nightmares about getting stuck in an elevator in a high rise, it's not that bad. Check my socials @realtorjeffglover if you want to see the spooky night I had in Seattle. 

Okay so it's the first of the month and you all know what that means.. its Ultimate Prospecting Day. Why? Because in literally every single market across the U.S. and Canada we have an abundant amount of expired listings today who are all going to tell you they want to wait until after the election or after the holidays and after the last two weeks of daily messages, you should be well prepared to handle both. 

Here's a new "objection" if you will that were starting to hear and some of you may hear it today in your calls or doorknocks.... "we think our home didn't sell because our agent suggested we not offer out a buyer broker commission outside of the MLS"... yep we're starting to hear it and next week I'll cover that one with you and in the meantime, lets get after every single listing that couldn't sell because with your skills, I know you're the right agent for the job. 

No stones left unturned today and this weekend - if they don't respond to your calls, texts, emails, etc... go see them at their door today or tomorrow.
