We took our annual pie giveaway and made it a client-focused event
Yesterday we completed our annual Thanksgiving Client Event but with a twist.
Instead of just giving pies away and spending a few moments with clients as they picked them up we got to spend a few hours with our clients as we turned the pie giveaway in an event.
We had hot cocoa and activities for the kids, wine tastings and charcuterie for the adults and great environments to enjoy eachothers company in. I say environments with an S because we hosted the event in several of the markets we serve and we had our agents and staff who service those markets present as well.
Today, we are hand delivering the pies to those that couldn't make it as a small token of our appreciation for their business and continued referrals. The rest of today and next month will be spent calling our clients to wish them happy holidays and to thank them.
Regardless of what you did for your clients this week, you should at least get on the phone and thank them and in the meantime, if you are in the U.S., I wish you and your family a wonderful holiday this week.
Have an unreal rest of the week.
