Welcome, Greg Erlanger! Special Message from Jeff Glover

I have been keeping this one a secret for a while now, but we are so excited to FINALLY be able to announce our newest addition to the Glover U Coaching family!

If you're not familiar with Greg, you need to be. Greg Erlanger is the "E" in the the "EZ" sales team out of Ohio, which has routinely been one of the top 50 producing teams in the nation of all brands, with well over 220M in production and over 1,000 units sold annually. The "Z" is Mike Zinicola, the co-leader of the team and another gentleman I respect.

Greg has experience with growing pains while building a winning team, pivoting in tough markets, leading team members to their full potential, recruitment, retention, training, and most importantly...leading by example. I shared a story today during the live about how Greg not only encourages his agents to attend our events, he sits in the front row and takes just as many notes as they do! While many "top producers" hang out at the back of the room or have their heads buried in their phones, Greg is showing his people the way and the path to greatness. Now that's leading by example.

Greg and I have always had a friendly competition for winning top team in the Midwest, and we have gone back and forth on sharing the #1 spot over the years, so when it came to making a decision that was best for our coaching clients, and who we would want them to be exposed to, it was a no brainer that Greg fit our culture, what we are about, and has walked the walk and proven his own success. It's really important when seeking the advice from others to make sure that who you are taking coaching or direction from has actually done (or better yet is still doing) what you are trying to achieve and Greg checks all of those boxes. Please join me in welcoming Greg to the Live Unreal Family of Companies!

This was a great read—it's always inspiring to see leaders like Jeff Glover bring in experienced professionals who truly lead by example. Greg Erlanger’s background and hands-on approach to coaching really stand out, especially how he actively participates alongside his team instead of just directing from a distance. That kind of leadership makes a big difference in real growth and motivation. It’s interesting how success often comes down to consistency and the right mindset, whether in real estate or everyday life—even something simple like choosing the right work gear, like Hot N Spicy, can reflect how people value quality and performance in what they do. Really enjoyed the insight and energy in this announcement!

Great to see Jeff Glover welcoming Greg Erlanger to the GloverU coaching family — it’s inspiring to watch experienced leaders join forces to help others grow and succeed! Greg’s track record and dedication to leading by example will definitely bring value to the community. It’s exciting when teams combine passion with real results and choose to push each other toward excellence. On a different note, as people focus on improving both professional and personal life, choosing the best flooring for modern homes becomes part of creating a comfortable and productive space, whether you’re coaching, working from home, or building your business. Looking forward to seeing what this team achieves together!

Great news about welcoming Greg Erlanger to the team — it’s always inspiring to see experienced leaders join forces to help others grow and succeed! It sounds like Greg’s track record and hands‑on approach will bring a lot of value to the Glover U community, especially for those looking to elevate their skills and performance. On a different note, when I think about tools that help people stay safe and productive in hands‑on work, I also appreciate practical gear like leather welding sleeves, which combine protection and comfort in tough environments. Wishing everyone at Glover U continued success as you expand and support more professionals!

Welcome, Greg! It’s great to see Jeff’s special message celebrating your arrival—clearly a big moment for the Glover U community. The passion and connection in this community always come through in moments like this, and it’s inspiring to see that energy continue to grow.

On a different note, as people embrace modern lifestyles both at home and in business, investments in sustainable technology are becoming more common—like installing a Home EV Charger to support eco‑friendly transportation and everyday convenience.

Excited to see what’s ahead for you all!
