What makes a Live Unreal Leader One to Follow in 2025

Let's continue with the "What makes a Live Unreal Leader One to Follow in 2025" discussion, lets cover #11-15 in the list of 19 traits:

1. LUL’s understand that all eyes are on us. Which means your social media posts, shares, engagements, etc are a reflection of the team. This means the public should never know when you are disappointed or upset with someone or something and this includes cryptic messages (that what teenagers do). This also includes avoiding polarizing topics including politics, religion, etc.. 

2. LUL’s must live their most unreal life to inspire others to do the same and when you do, you should be public about it. If no one knows about your unreal life, while that may be okay with you, you are actually not using your tools to inspire others and that doesn’t fit the mission. Having said that, everyone’s definition of an unreal life will look different and we are not to judge or criticize others whose unreal life may not fit ours. (ie while ive had nice things through my career i’ve done a poor job of using it to inspire others via social media and you’ll be seeing more of it (I started with last January’s Live Unreal Formula from the stage).

3. LUL’s have a high level of emotional capacity, because they always take the high road, regardless of how they feel. You’re human, you have feelings and have a right to be emotional, so long as your people will never know. Your people will pick up on and will start acting like you when they have issues too since you are always the example for them to follow. 

4. LUL’s know their strengths and weaknesses and are more interested in being authentic than being right. We have the ability to set our ego aside and be honest with our peers and our people about ourselves. LUL’s are not worried about what their peers will think about them and are certainly not judging them either for their S and W’s. 

5. LUL’s have a genuine desire to want the best for others, even if it means sacrificing the best for them in that moment because they understand that life is full circle. We believe in Zig Ziglars…”help enough people get what they want”..
