Sarah Huffman is a Founder, COO & Board Director driving significant growth in real estate, engaging teams to become industry leaders resulting in strong balance sheets and healthy company cultures.  

Her expertise as a born connector and practical, boots-on-ground, integrator means everyone in her purview gets results, expands their network and has an unparalleled support system to draw from. As a Board Trustee and Vice-Chair for Minneapolis Area REALTORS® (MAR) Foundation, Sarah helps govern and make decisions to end homelessness and assist vulnerable members of the community.

In 2021, Sarah received the Team Diamond award for earning over a million dollars in commission, the Star Tribune Best of BRONZE Winner for Best Real Estate Team and was also named a four-time, top contributor for Results Foundation, a charity that builds strong communities. Sarah leads all philanthropic efforts for her real estate company, RE/MAX Results A Good Life Group where she has guided hundreds of families through their real estate decisions, even if that means NOT buying or selling.

A former educator, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in education from Cornell College and a Master of Arts in education from St. Thomas University.
